How The Program Works
- A network of Insurance Carriers have been established to underwrite the Payroll Provider’s “Clients” on a nationwide basis.
- The “Agent Friendly” Pay-As-You-Go Workers’ Comp Program will be introduced to Payroll Clients by their Payroll Provider.
- The Program has been designed to be simple and easy! The Payroll Provider will provide all information the MGA requires to Underwrite the Payroll Client.
- All Required Underwriting Information will be forwarded to the MGA by the Payroll Provide through Submissions@AgentFriendlyPayGo.com.
- MGA will Underwrite Payroll Client’s Workers’ Compensation Insurance based on Underwriting Information received.
- Workers’ Compensation Quote will be forwarded directly to the Payroll Provider so they may review with their Payroll Client.
- Payroll Provider will instruct the MGA to Bind Workers’ Compensation Coverage based on the Proposal.
- MGA will set up the Payroll Client’s Selected Agent as the Sub-Producing Agent of Record on the Workers’ Comp Insurance Policy. Option: If Payroll Client “does not” have a Selected Agent, they can work directly with the MGA who will Service Payroll Client's Workers’ Compensation Policy.
- Selected Agent will work directly with the MGA to Service Payroll Client's Workers’ Compensation Policy during Policy Period as well as Future Renewals.
